I'm assuming you do not want quantitative info on the churches, but a specific church namely the FOURTH.

Fourth Presbyterian Church

Founded, 1799, Buildings: N. E. cor. 5th and Gaskill sts. erected 1802;
S. W. cor. 12th and Lombard sts., about 1840; 47th and KIngsessing ave.,
Burying ground, Lombard st., south side, 12th to 13th. The Fourth
Church has a large lot in Section 207 Mount Moriah Cemetery, but
it contains only two tombstones.
