Chester Rural Cemetery was in service in 1863.

You don't sound certain as to where they may be buried. From that web site, Mount Moriah appears to be an alternate location.

You may want to check with a Historical Society both for Philly and Chester (Delaware Co.)

It's unfortunate that because of population growth, what were cemeteries couldn't have remained where they were instead of moving the bodies. I have some family members who were buried in Lafayette (10th & Washington) Cemetery. They got moved and were buried in trenches with no markers.
