If any of you are still following this thread, the Martha Vance mentioned earlier is an offshoot of my line. The Vances lived in Orangeville in Columbia County near Bloomsburg. Martha and her husband Enoch Everitt are mentioned in Thomas Vance (Martha's father)'s will, and according to the will her sisters married Everitts as well - Letitia Vance married a Moses Everitt and Rebecca Ann Vance married a Gabriel Everitt. I also have a newspaper announcement that Rebecca Ann and Gabriel Everitt were married on May 29, 1845. Sorry I don't have much more on these Everitts or how they were related.
