OBITUARY.
Dr. Theodore J. Koehler.
Theodore J. Koehler, a veterinary surgeion, and a well-known resident of this city, died at 3.50 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his home, 28 South Sixth street, of a complication of ailments. He was in the 70th year of his age. Deceased had been in ill health during the past eight months and had been confined to his bed for two weeks.
Deceased is survived by two sons, Dr. Edward F. Koehler, of this city, and Allen Koehler, of Perth Amboy, and a daughter, Mrs. William Crone, of Portsmouth, Va. Four brothers and a sister also survive him. They are Samuel Koehler, of Allentown; Monroe and Uriah Koehler, of Catasauqua; William Koehler, of Fullertown, and Mrs. Amanda Zellner, of Heaton, North Dakota.
Dr. Koehler was born near Catasaqua and came to Easton more than 25 years ago. His second wife died in June last. Deceased was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Mickley's, Lehigh county.
