I’m looking for a divorce record for John N. Stuck and Mary Stuck (Williams.) John was remarried in Lackawanna in 1905. The marriage record makes reference to a divorce and that it became final on June 21, 1905, but it doesn’t appear it was filed there.

The last I have on Mary is the 1900 census and city directory that showed her living in Wilkes-Barre. The problem is I don’t know if she STAYED there. The daughter who had been living with her married one of their lodgers and went to Canada. I know this because I found the birth record for their oldest child in Ontario. But I have yet to find any records of border crossings for any of them. For all I know, “mom” went with her daughter and son in-law, or she took off somewhere else all together. Or she may have just shacked up with someone else causing her to disappear from the city directories. I’d really like to find an index or something that will at least tell me a record exists before I spend money on it. Any suggestions?
