You could try asking at The Courthouse Gang, a free group at yahoo.com. They usually want more specific info like specific town location and name. You say "I believe" he was born in Hazleton area, but aren't sure. But you do know father's name and name of child.

Go to yahoo.com and join the group. Read a few messages there, so you know what they expect, by way of you asking for their help. Or try Luzerne Connections, a group that is at yahoo, also. Both have great members willing to help you as much as they can.
