Can anyone tell me who would have issued a "permit to bury" in Lehigh Co around 1912. I am trying to find the dod for my grandfathers two sisters who died as children. All I came up with was a person who runs the cemetery who said a permit to bury was issued for one of the sisters but the date doesn't go with when she would have died between 1906 and 1912. I know the cemetery but there is no location for the grave and no stone. All they have is a card that says a permit to bury was issued. Perhaps if I knew where the original permit application came from I could get more information.
