I am looking for descendants in either of these families that may have information concerning the murder of Roy Barber (b. Feb 1882) by Thomas O'Toole (b. 1880) in December 1905. I have most of what I think is available from newspaper clippings but am trying to connect with any descendatants of the O'Toole Family or Barber family that might know what happened to Thomas O'Toole after he escaped from the County jail in August 1906. Thomas O'Toole's wife (Nettie Barber b Oct 1879) was my great-grandmother.
