I found this information at
www.livingplaces.comhttp://www.livingplaces.com/PA/Lancaster_County/Lancaster_Ci..."...The Woodward Hill, Zion Lutheran and Greenwood cemeteries are in the southeast area of the [Lancaster City Historic District]. Woodward Hill features curving paths, covers approximately thirty-two acres on a rolling hillside, and contains a brick, Gothic style chapel building. Zion Lutheran Cemetery is located at the northern edge of Woodward Hill...."
Bing Maps shows that north part of Woodward Hill Cemetery meets at a triangular intersection of East Andrew St; East Strawberry St; and a small street running off of East Andrew named Cemetery Ave. The south end of the Woodward Cemetery is bounded by Chesapeake St.
At the north end (East Andrew & Strawberry) there is a small street running off of East Andrew that is called Cemetery Ave. If you enter Cemetery Ave here, you will drive past a smaller graveyard on your left before you get to the larger Woodward Cemetery. I am wondering if the smaller cemetery closer to the entrance of Cemetery Ave might be Zion? Good luck!
