Thomas M Flannelly, lifelong resident of Dunmore, died Sat in the Northeastern Veteran's Center. Born in Dunmore, son of the late Thomas & Matilda McMananmon (sic - McManamon) Flannelly. 1932 grad of Dunmore HS. Navy veteran of WWII, served in Mediterranean & Pacific theaters. Bus operator for Scranton Transits Co & later employed by Keyser Aluminum Corp of Edison Nj until retirement in 1982. McHugh-Bushweiler Post 3474 VFW, St Mary's of Mount Carmel Church. Survived by niece Louise Dalpiaz of Binghamton NY; great niece Deirdre Dalpiaz with whom he lived, and 2 great nephews. Preceded in death by sister, Mary Flannelly O'Connell. Funeral Weds from Carlucci FH, 318 E Drinker St, Dunmore; St Mary of Mt Carmel Church; St Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow.
