I'm looking for my father's brother, who was separated from my father and his sisters when he was a toddler. His birth name was Kenneth Arthur Owens and he was born in November 1959. The children were separated shortly after their mother, Harriet Burns Owens, passed in 1960. The family is from Scranton, Pennsylvania and we suspect that Kenneth was placed with "shirt-tail" relations in the Scranton area, but there was no legal adoption. Any ideas on researching more recent records?
