Catherine Amsbaugh married to Christian Keller/Kellar

Classification: Query
Surnames: Amsbaugh, Keller, Kellar
Adam and Valentine Amsbaugh both settled in Richland county, Ohio, and both came from Pennsylvania. Adam's son, Samuel, listed Indiana, Pennsylvania as his birthplace. Both Adam and Valentine have photos of their headstones on findagrave.com, and while the photo's are difficult to read, they do give exact birth dates. Those same birth dates match up in 'York County, Pennsylvania Church Records of the 18th Century' compiled by Marlene Bates and F. Edward Wright, where the Surname is somewhat mangled in the baptism records, but we're pretty used to that! It does tell us that the parents of these two boys are named Valentine and Barbara Anna.
In Indiana county there are court records disposing of Valentine Sr.'s property after his death, which I will post next. It is through these that we learn the names of Valentine Sr.'s surviving children's names, and the names of the husbands of the married daughters.
Returning to the York County Church Records book, we find a George Celler, son of Christa and Catarina born 19 Jan 1796, baptized at Saddler's (aka St. John's) Lutheran Church. At that same church there is a George Glasfurth, son of Rubin and Christin, born 28 June 1794, baptized with the witness being Adam Anspacher.
We know that the last census Valentine Amsbaugh Sr. can appear on is 1800, and that when they are dividing his property in 1806 they appear in a court that is Westmoreland county, and they refer to the deceased living in Wheatfield Township. Sure enough, the 1800 census of that township lists: Volentine Ashbough, Christ Keler, and Ruben Glassford.
The final piece was from the 'History of the Brush Valley Evangelical Lutheran Church' book, where George Kellar, with the same birth date as the Georg Celler mentioned above, is confirmed. Even with the variations is spelling, this seems to be too many similarities to be explained by mere coincidence in my mind.
