I'm looking for information on the wedding of John Donley (various spellings) (~1822-1902) and Zilla Jane Mosteller (also variant spellings) (~1823-1905). I've been told that it took place on 25 Jul 1844 in Greene County. But I've not been able to verify that information. She often went by her middle name "Jane." Ultimately I'm hoping to connect them to their parents and thereby continue my family tree.

(False leads in the past have sent me to Somerset, Blair, Cambria, and Butler counties.)

Do these people sound familiar to anyone? If not, does anyone have a suggestion of where I could look for this information. I've already tried all the usual sources, including familysearch, census records, etc. I'm thinking that I need to make a road trip but I don't know where to look once I get there.


I can track the pair and their children from 1850 to their deaths.
