The Greene County, Pennsylvania Photo Archives Project now has a searchable index. I am excited about this new addition and hope it will help you find the photos you would like to see. The index should now be fully functional with all photos currently on the site. I still have several thousand photos to add and more coming in every day. I apologize for my delays – my graduate school work has kept me busy, but fortunately I’ve learned a lot of things at school that should help to improve the project.

You can view the Photo Archives by going to www.greeneconnections.com and clicking Photo Archives. There is a link to the searchable index at the top of the page.

The project has grown so rapidly that a lot of reformatting has been necessary to make it manageable. I hope the new collections layout and the new index will be fun to search and use.
