LOFTUS, Viola A
Viola A. Loftus, 91, 283 N. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio, died Thursday at her home.
Born December 5, 1885, in Denmark, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Annis Sinch. She had lived in Geneva since 1934.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Geneva, past Noble Grand of Rebecca Lodge in Jefferson, and a member of the Geneva Rebecca Lodge.
She is survived by three daughters, Margaret Loftus, Geneva, Mrs. William (Arlene) Roland, Ashtabula, and Mrs. Gerald (Dorothy) Shiely, Merced, California, one son, Howard J. Loftus, Albion, Pa.; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Loftus, in 1954.
There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Kennedy Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Vergil Herzberger of the First United Methodist Church officiating.
Interment will be in Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson.
