KRAUSE, Margaret Ellen Matthers
Mrs. Margaret Ellen Matthers Krause, forty-one, 424 Poplar, died Thursday afternoon at her home after a long illness.
A lifelong resident of Erie, she was a graduate of St. Benedicts Academy, Class of 1940.
Survivors are her husband, Stanley Krause; four sons, Richard, Leo, Michael and William Krause; three daughters, Mary Ellen, Margaret and Rita Mary Krause; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Matthers; and a brother, Jack Matthers, all of Erie.
Friends may call at the John J. Quinn Funeral Home, 9th and Liberty, from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Patricks Church.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
