Hi,
I didn't find their marriage and I don't think you'll be able to find it. The Delaware County Archives,
www.co.delaware.pa.us/depts/archives.html has marriage records but they don't start until 1852.
The Delaware County Register of Wills/Orphan's Court Clerk supposedly has marriage & probate records starting in 1789. You can contact them to verify that.
The Delaware County Historical Society,
www.delcohistory.com/research-finding-aids/ has church records and you can contact them to find out more details.
I did find the following:
Samuel Handlin
Military Service 1812-1815
Pennsylvania
Source: U. S. War of 1812 Index to Service Records 1812-1815
You can contact the National Archives for more info.
Also Fold3 which is a subscription web site generally has military info. Most public libraries in larger cities will provide free access with a local library card.
