Frank DiMaio, 26 of 306 West Second Street this city is asking for a divorce from Madeline Williams DiMaio, 22 of 1143 Chester Pike, Prospect Park. The pair were married on April 17, 1926 at Elkton, MD and have a 2 year old boy, who is living with his father. Desertion on September 15, 1828 in Chicago is the charge of DiMaio who is represented by attoney Guy G. deFuria.

Also found a wedding announcement from 1951 for Arthur Girard DeMaio to Lorraine L. Breese. It lists Arthur's parents as Frank DeMaio and Mrs. Madeline Patterson.
