Think I may have found Warren's parents. I found a obit for a Marion FORD, died 2 Nov 1957, it lists her brother as Warren WILLIAMS of Media. Warren & Marion are listed on the 1900 census in Philadelphia. Parents Frank R. & Amanda WILLIAMS also a brother Mervin and Amanda's mother Sarah ALLEN. Frank is listed on the 1870 census in Delaware County with his parents. I also found a obit for Warren. If you contact me with your email I'll send you scans of the records I found.
