Interesting tidbit to store away for future use. There may have been 2 churches. I called the Dauphin Historical Society to see what records they might have and they were very helpful. Since I had exact dates, they could look them up while I waited.

Anyway, he asked me if it was also called Zion Klingers Lutheran Church. I told him that I had it on good authority that that was the exact name. He looked and found no records of Stucks. Then he found another book called Zion Lutheran Church Lykens, and did find my great grand parents marriage record, but no baptisms.

So now I'm off to the Schuylkill county board to see if I can track down birth and/or baptismal records.
