I have built a large Dauphin Co. database and am willing to help with your queries. I have most of the family lines from Dauphin Co. included.

Looking for burial location of Robert A. Murray,lived in Harrisburg,Pa,died between 1870 and 1880. His wife and family lived on Boas Street. His wife name was Sarah and he had two daughters,Alfaretta and Araminta.
Alfretta was married to Christian B Young and he worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad in Atlantic City,NJ. In 1926 he died and his obit reads that he was buried in Harrisburg,Pa,no location.

Any ideas to determine locations?

Am looking for Benedict Stamm, father of James M. Stamm who is buried in Dauphin Co. The only mention of Benedict I have found is in the census index for 1870 in Lebanon or Lancaster Co. I think. I'm researching all of the above names. I think especially Schaffner/Schoffner (other spellings, too) and Palm families were in Dauphin Co. in the late 1700s, early 1800s. Any info you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for posting!

Looking for information on my Fox family. In the 1850 census of Susquehanna Township I found my G Grandfather, Christian Fox, age 12 living with his parents John & Mary Fox. Living close by are many Fox families. I know nothing about Christians family. He came to Lafayette Co., Mo. shortly before 1860. Lived the rest of his life there. Thank you for any help.

This area was first Lancaster, the Dauphin, the Lebanon Co, PA.
John George Lantz/Lentz h/o Anna Rosina Reiber that he married in 1769 died in Frederick Co, MD in 1799.

I am looking to track him after 1782 through PA to MD.
His ch were Julia, Susannah, Henry and Peter.

Julia, Susannah & Henry married Bischoff/etc and moved to present day Preston Co, WV; Peter stayed on the family property in MD after his father's death. Peter probably married in PA before the move and I don't know his wife's name.

Do you have the name DUPES at all in your database? They lived primarily in Dauphin County and some in Lancaster county. I live in Idaho so research has been very hard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
