On the 1920 census its stated that there was a Mary C Miche (Mother in Law) living with them in Nebraska. Do you have any information on Mary C. Miche?

I have a distant Uncle, William Miche, born in Germany. His family resided in Illinois. He married a Mary C. Miche who was born in Pennsylvania. I have no idea if they met in Illinois or if he met Mary in Nebraska. I found William & Mary in the 1910 census in Nebraska. It also listed that she had no children. Not sure if that meant she had no children with William, or none at all. But her name popped up in the census for 1920 as a widow.
