1890 was the Postmaster at Hall. He was a Republican and a member of the schoolboard of Washington township.

I am pretty sure Benjamin Givler was from Germany and lived briefly in Lancaster Co and then moved to Cumberland. Info ia founs in the History of York Co PA on pg 270. Do you have this? It gives marriage info on Givler and Hoops. do you know her parents. Benj. and Lucinda had children and they lived in York Co.
