I Stafford RAYDURE of the township of Sadsbury County of Crawford and State of Pennsylvania do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

Second I give and bequeath to my wife Desolate RAYDURE all of my real estate wheresoever situated for and during the term of her natural life.

Third I give and bequeath to my son Zachary L. RAYDURE and his heirs the homestead and farm of about one thousand acres situated in Sadsbury Township aforesaid --- he to have possession after the death of my said wife.

Fourth I give and bequeath to my son Winfield S. RAYDURE and his heirs all the remainder of my real estate wheresoever situated -- this to include the land this day conveyed to him of about one hundred and ninety two acres known as the Bonus East - - - - the c - n - ed esa - two of which is he paying to my wife Mrs. Desolate RAYDURE the sum of two thousand dollars - - most - Gugith Joseph DENCHS - - of twenty one hundred dollars - and the full payment and settlement of all notes and obligations given him by me-

Fifth I give and bequeath to my son Dudley C. RAYDURE the interest accruing on the sum of three thousand dollars annually during his natural life- that being the amount due upon farm in Indiana sold to TURNERs-

Sixth- I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate of whatsoever kind to my children viz Rosana WERTZ - Lucy STERNS - the children of my daughter Caroline SCOTT (Dec'd) Cordelia SHEPARD, Mary SHELLITO, Winfield S. RAYDURE, Dudley C. RAYDURE and Zachary L. RAYDURE - to be divided equally among them -

Seventh I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Winfield S. RAYDURE to be the Executor of this my last will and testament.
