I am trying to find out if my relative, Peter Kinney born Nov. 11, 1790 in Pennsylvania died Oct. 3, 1854 in Canton, OH, was the son of Peter Kinney who I thought was the son of John Kinney and the Mary Biggs you mention. The information I have on Peter Kinney was that he was born either in 1755 or 1766 in Somerset, Mercer, NJ and died 1810 or 1815 in Pinegrove, Berks, PA and was married to Anna Marie (Mary Strauphaur). I see genealogies family trees listing his parents as John Kinney b. 1738 in Monmouth, NJ, d. 1814 and buried in Rosemont Cemetary, Bloomsburg, Columbia, PA. I see marriages to a Mary Elizabeth Sutton or a Mary Biggs. I have no definitive evidence of these connections. Can you provide assistance? Thanks, Debbie Kinney
