I am looking for any information on the family of Law Sykes b. CA 1821 and baptized April 7, 1822 in Honley, Yorkshire England. He was the son of George Sykes and Alice Moorhouse. He married Jane whose maiden is listed as Whittaker in one souce. She was born CA 1823/4. Their daughter Frances (Fanny) Sykes married Jason Spencer. They are my wife's ancestors. Law & Jane probably arrived in America around 1857. They were living in Pike Twp., Clearfield Co. in 1870 and 1880.
