I am extremely grateful for this information. It is already more than what I had expected. I have the obituary but can we find out if anything was written about the accident that eventualy claimed his life. Was his death on the day of the accident, perhaps dead on arrival, I believe I read that the obituary says he went to Chester Hospital and died on Monday afternoon of injuries that happened due to the accident.
I guess I should look into what day of the week the accident occurred.
Do you know anything about the Mount Hope Cemetary, Village Green?
A picture of a tombstone or a plot number?
I have a deed for the purchase of a cemetary plot on December fourteenth 1939. This was purchased by his sister and her husband, Patrick & Bernice O'Hara.
Number 474 Plot 5 Block B Aisle 13 at Mount Hope Cemetery. I would love to know if he is there and if any of my other relatives are with him. I tried to access the Mount Hope Cemetary logs but I saw nothing that could lead me to anyone in my family. I will probably be contacting Chester Hospital for a death certificate as his father remains a mystery to us as well. We do know that his father was out of his life by the time he was 12 yrs old but we are unsure of why.
Thank you again for anything you can do to help me and my sister in our search.
Sincerely,
