Re: Burnside family
Carl,
This Samuel BURNSIDE, b. ca. 1836, was my greatgranduncle. His younger sister, Mary Jane, b. ca. 1842, was my greatgrandmother. I would be very much interested in anything you might have concerning Samuel's ancestry. I am especially interested in trying to find his parents. These BURNSIDE children, Samuel, James, Mary Jane, and Elder, were living with the Adam LINTON family in Muddy Creek in 1850, suggesting that they may have been orphaned at an early age.
