I have a William Roe in my database with parents unknown. He was born ca 1796 in New York and died 1849 in Bloomville, Delaware Co., New York. Reportedly, he married Polly (surname) unknown. He resided Coeymans (1820), Kortright (1830), and Davenport (1840).
