THROUGH THE STATE

-Dr. Simon Brumbaugh, of Pipersville Bucks county, and D S Brumbaugh, Esq, of Roaring Springs, Blair county, recently abducted the former's little seven-year old daughter from the home of her grandmother, at Baker's Summit, near Altoona. The child's mother, just previous to her death, one year ago, gave it into the old lady's keeping, with the injunction that Dr. Brumbaugh should never be allowed to take it from her.
