I just found something that really has me puzzled. Hope someone can shed some light on this.
This is an obituary of John Wright,s/o the above.
A.J.Thompson died Sunday at his home west fo this city (east Palestine).Mr. Thompson, born 34 Years ago(?Actually born in 1858!), lived in this city all his life except for seven years spent in Smiths Feryy Pa. A member of the Protected Home Circle and well known among pottery workers, following the occupation of kiln hand at the W.S.Pottery. Survived by his wife and 5 children:
Chas.,Viloa,Sara,& Rosella. One brother George Thompson and 3 1/2 brothers Isaac Potts, J.N.RICE and GEORGE RICE.
Who in the world was J.N.and George RICE??
What does the initial A. stand for? The J is for John.
Please help me out on this.
Jean
