I am looking for information on Winfield Scott Millen born in western Pennsylvania (likely Armstrong or Indiana County) approximately 1850. He married Margaret “Maggie” Sourwine and had two sons Charles Clyde Millen (born 1877) and Berton R. Millen (born 1875). He was listed as a farmer in West Franklin Township, Armstrong County, PA in 1880.
