Franklin O. Delp, 68, of Adrian RD 1 (Washington Township), died at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Delp was a retired employe of PPG Industries at Ford City. Born Jan. 17, 1904, in Kittanning, he was a son of William and Sarah Jane (Maze) Delp.
Surviving are his wife, Lottie (Burns) Delp, a son, William Delp of Kittanning RD 6; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Glenna) Presko of Cadogan, Mrs. Twila Long of Kittanning RD 6; two step sons, James Burns of Tarentum, Sherwood Burns of Kittanning RD 6; three step daughters, Mrs. Walter (Annabelle) Maleski and Mrs. Dorothy Adams, both of Kittanning, Mrs. Ralph (Agnes) Rheinbolt of Brackenridge; a sister, Mrs. Wade (Irene) King of Kittanning; 25 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; 32 step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
DELP – Friends of Franklin O. Delp, who died Dec. 2, 1972, will be received at the Merwin Kennedy Funeral Home, Kittanning, after 7 p.m. today. Service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home conducted by the Rev. Hobart Bowser, pastor of Church of Gods at Karns City. Burial will be in Limestone Cemetery. Arrangements by Merwin-Kennedy.
