Hey it may be a coincidence but my great great grand father dont know how great but his name was edward davis his father which was in the civil war is named lafayette davis.Please email me right away on this.Im from michigan and so was lafayette davis the civil war one.i cant find the link on here but i read it once.i know it was him too.lafayette davis died in 1864 the other 2 were in the war were really young and his tin type my mother has looks like he was 35 maybe its linked somehow he went to war near there i mean signed up.im so excited but how would he have a son edward maybe its edmund i think.lafayette davis wife was angeline davis but on the pension in the right hand corner it said angeline haun.well email me ginigirl007@aol.com please.has to be a close match if your or he went to ohio maybe another grandfather had 2 sons and somehow split up im guessing.youlive well ohio is close to michigan.please email me
