I am looking for information on Charles H. Bryant who went by the name of Henry. He died in Pittsburgh and his wife and family lived in Lancaster Pa. His wife put the following obit in the lancaster paper.

Charles H. Bryant, sixty-six, of Pittsburgh, died at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. John's Hospital, Pittsburgh.

A son of the late Mr & Mrs Samuel Bryant, he was a native of South Carolina and a retired coal miner.

He is survived by his wife: the former Margaret Jane Spence, Columbia; two sons: Samuel E. and Charles H., Marietta; four daughters: Margaret, wife of Chester Arter; Eleanor, wife of George Detwiler; Mary Jane, wife of William Aston; Edna N., wife of Robert Gainer; all of Columbia; 23 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

If anyone could look up this obit out there, I would like to find out where he was born, when he was born, who his parents were, where he was buried.

I know this is a stab in the dark, since he probably had no family out there to put obit in....
