I looked for a daughter of Nicholas and Catharine STULTZ named Luanna without success. They did have one named Hannah who was born around the same time. I was wondering did you see the original entry or a copy of the handwritten entry or was it a transcription of the church records?

If Luanna was a transcription error and should be Hannah it would explain a lot. Luanna could have died in childhood and that is why she did not show up in any other record.
Hannah is buried beside Nicholas and Catharine STULTZ in the Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Church, Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania (On Line).
