Susan Cramer (sp?) was my husband's gg-grandmother. She married his gg-grandfather, George Sweetwood probably late 1840s and probably in this County. In 1850 Susan, George and young son were living in Centre County. In 1860 Susan and husband Levi Sweetwood (George has apparently died and Susan married his brother) and children are living in Centre County. Levi will die in the Civil War in 1865. Susan and children can be found on the 1870 and 1880 Centre County censuses. In 1880 her 21-year-old sister Laura Cramer is living with her as well as her 5-year-old grandson Harry. Susan does not appear on any later censuses.

The Sweetwood and Cramer families are a mystery. If anyone knows anything about these families, I would really appreciate hearing from you.
