I would like to get access to the original Morinng Oregonan Newspaper (published in Portland, OR) from 27 Jul 1900, pg 4. there is photo of A. C. Palmer and I would like to get a picture taken with a camera to try to get a better image that what is available from University of Oregon, Knight Library; Eugene, OR (http://oregonnews.uoregon.edu/)

Anybody have any ideas? This is the only known picture of A C. Palmer. I had been looking for a pictue for 20 years before I found this.
