My Gmother's daughter was committed at the age of 3 or 5 yrs. I believe she died ca. 1927.
Her name was Nellie Joyce "Joy" MARQUIS
She was born in the area of Vale and Ontario, Malheur, Oregon.
I know very little information about her, as my Gmother is now deceased as well as my Mother, (who was Nellie Joyce sister).
I can't find any birth certificate, but it was a home birth.
Any information would be appreceiated.
