I have two family members who died in 1920. One death certificate says they were buried in the Forest Grove Cemetery, and the other obituary says he is buried in the Union Cemetery. Any ideas as to where these might be?

There doesn't seem to be any cemetery actually named "Forest Grove", but there are two cemeteries near the city of Forest Grove, namely Forest View Memorial Gardens (closest) and Mountain View Memorial Gardens (next closest).
They are both just west of the city of Forest Grove, and they were both quite well established by 1920. Alternate names for Mountain View Memorial Gardens include "Pioneer Union" and "Union", so that looks like the one you're looking for. It is located in sections 26 and 35 of Township 1 north, Range 4 west. Here's a map:
