I'm attempting to organize my in-law's pictures for them. I've run across an unmarked picture of four Victorian ladies and eight children sitting and standing on, what is to me, an usual outcropping of rocks. Some of our Rondeau family and the lines that married into the family settled in Wasco County in the late 1800's.
My hope is that someone recognizes the terrain, if not the people in the picture. Knowing the approximate location will help me narrow down who might be in the picture.
