Jasper Williams was my Great Great Grandfather. He homesteaded into the Baker City, Oregon area. I just received my Great Grand Mothers Marriage Certificate from the Baker County records. Her name was Etta and she married W S Metsker on the 8th of November of in 1891. My name is Loretta Metsker and I still live in Oregon. Jasper's wife according to Etta's (Henrietta) Death certificate was Sarah Chillicothe. Please send me any information you may have. We Know Etta was at least part American Indian.
