Another of the season’s popular brides-elect has announced her wedding date. She is Miss Louise
Dolph, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph N. Dolph, whose marriage to Dr. Edmund W. Simmons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E.L. Simmons, will be solemnized the night of June 6 in the White
Temple.
June 6 will also be the wedding day of Miss Frances
Deery and Dr. William P. Sharkey, who will be married that morning in the Church of the
Madeleine.
The open season for brides has arrived. Miss Alma Dale
Covington and William Denzil
Abel and Miss Myra
Covington and Dr. John C. Adams will be married Tuesday night. The first of the May brides will be Miss Grace
Wells, whose marriage to
Matt Frostt will be solemnized next Saturday night. Following in quick succession will come the wedding of Miss Kathryn Jane
Seel and Ronald
Williamson on May 8.
The marriage of Miss Mary Elizabeth
Easton of
Oakland and L.B. Menefee Jr. of Portland, will be a brilliant social event of May 25 at St. Paul’s church,
Oakland.
June brides, besides those already mentioned, will include Miss Hazel-mary
Price, and probably Miss Anne
