I'm looking for the family of Arthur C Biggerstaff b 6-25-1900 and d 1-21-1996. I believe his wife was Cecile Hill Biggerstaff. I am trying to find if the sister to Cecil Hill, Charlotte b. ca 1923, was the mother to my three half sisters that I'm trying to find.

Charlotte "Dolly" Hill married Clayton Sandlin ca 1945 and they had three girls, Darlene, Patricia, and Rebecca. Dolly and Clayton moved from Portland or The Dalles to Joplin, MO and then divorced in 1956. Dolly had custody of the girls and I've been told that she remarried a man who worked at an airplane factory and they moved to Wichita or Topeks, KS. We don't know the name of the man Dolly married and have not been able to find the girls, who were last seen nearly 50 years ago.

If anyone knows of Andrew and Cecile Biggerstaff and maybe has an obit for her, I'd be greatly appreciative. Cecile was b 1-9-1915 and d 1-19-1999. Both Andrew and Cecile lived and died in Portland. I'd love to find an obit for Cecile to see if it mentioned her sister Charlotte and possible what name Charlotte had and where she lived.
