The obit I found for Edward Lockyear mentions 11 living children at the time of his death. Tt also has a picture of him. He was of one of the early sponors of boy scouts in portland that was why a lengthy obit.
I founmd 2 articles pertaining to Minnie. one was her 100 birthday celebration and shows a picture the other was her obit. These are real good obits you are very lucky.
Contact me offsite at krisg1249@comcast.net and I can mail these to you unless you want me to scan them here or to you offsite.

Happy to get What? I am not related to any one in these posts and the last time I posted until yesterday was several months ago. If you are referring to obits or funeral notices I will have to check again as I cannot find my stuff I did the first time.
I do remember a picture of Minnie or whatever her name was that was 102. She was in the paper on her 100th birthday and had a picture.
I will have to check the dates again and may go tomorrow to the library.

Surnames: Lockyear, Stubbs
Alan, I've been trying to find the birth parents of my great-grandfather Jacob Norman Stubbs b.7 Jul 1888 in Warrick Co. IN. I can't find any birth records but all my research points to Sophia M. Lockyear (daughter of William and Theresa Lockyear) as possibly his mother and Jacob William Stubbs (son of Miles and Parthenia Stubbs) as his possible father. Do you have any info that may help me??
Thanks, Allan Stubbs
