I am looking for the Rev. Bishop Foster and his 2 children Donald and Jo-Evelyn Foster. They were my foster parents in Portland, Oregon, in the 70's and 80's. He used to be a pastor in NE Portland, and he used to have a barber shop on 7th Street also. We have lost touch and I would really like to see them again. Any help would be appreciated!
