Carolyn Lee McKenzie

ALBANY — Carolyn McKenzie, 58, died Wednesday. Cause of death was unavailable. (Linn County)

She was born in San Jose, Calif., and graduated from high school in Santa Clara, Calif. She was a cancer survivor and volunteered at a cancer support group at Stanford University. She moved to Albany in 1999. She married John Eshbaugh in 1991, he died in 1991.

Survivors include her daughter, Terri Damron of San Jose, Christine Reyes of Albany; mother, Mary Pereira of Santa Clara; sister, Charlotte Pimentel of Napa, Calif.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be in Los Gatos, Calif. Interment will be at Los Gatos Memorial Park. Services in Albany are pending. Contributions: Self-Help for Hearing Impaired (SHH), where she was a member, care of Fisher Funeral Home.
