Hi I am looking for WINNINGHAMs. David came out to Douglas County in the 1870's and let tracks of his and his des. all over the county records.

Anyone come from any WINNINGHAM line. I have over 5000 in my database.

Thanks

I saw your message and wanted to respond. My father was Joseph William Winningham VII from Alabama. His father was a James (I believe H. Winningham) and his mother was Minnie Belle Gibson. I am looking for any information on the whereabouts of any Winninghams from Alabama or Georgia. Joseph (my father) moved to California sometime in the 1950's and lost touch with family in Alabama and Georgia. I am trying to fill in a family tree. Please respond if any of this information is familiar. Thank you, Melody Winningham Quiroz

just browsing and saw your old info here - my grandfather was Ernest Dow Winningham from Lanett, Alabama - I know for certain that there are several men who are named Joseph in our ancestry, please email me and we can check a little more, my first cousin in Maryland has lots of info.

hey Melody,

You need to be more specific about your question. The Winningham family you need to ask about is from tallassee ala. We are decenats of James Ernest Winningham 1886-1951 and Minnie Gibson Winningham 1903-1997 Brother Joseph
