Based on the below, Ida was last known to live in Langlois, OR. BUT, she may not have died there. I'd suggest contact attempt of daughter, Diane.

--The "last residence" on the SSDI is NOT necessarily where a person actually lived or died. The Social Security Administration calls it simply the "home of record," and possibly the address where correspondence by the SSA was sent. It is not necessarily where any benefit was paid to the person, survivor, or the lumpsum death benefit (in 1972 was paid to anyone paying burial expenses, family member, funeral home, city/county, attorney). It is sometimes the location where the notification of death was sent to the SSA, sometimes where the lump sum death benefit was sent.

Ida is not found in the Oregon Death Index

WWW.zabasearch.com does show Ida, with birth Jan 1921, with addresses in Langlois. Diane (daughter, see obit image of Ida's husband and below) is shown with addresses and phone numbers in Langlois (no proof they are current).

Ida was married to Rasmus Nielsen, May 29/1911 to Jan 30, 1996. He died in Coos Bay, survived by Ida, daughter Diane, granddaughter Emily Nielsen and grandson Matthew Nielsen, all of Langlois (Curry County). (see image).
