I have some "possible" parents for JAMES WILLIS ARMSTRONG:

Another researcher had a "Douglas Armstrong" living in Anadarko, Caddo Co., OK in early 1900's from a obituary of Joseph Armstrong. So perhaps that could be the reason Nora was in OK and did meet Daniel Edward Quick.
